Hey everyone. I just got back from Best buy, I purchased a stiletto 2 Sirius satellite player and it didn't work. It just kept cutting out. I'm sure these things work great but just not in a congested city. So I purchased it two days ago, tried to use it yesterday and returned it today. Everything was refunded except the $55 prepaid card. Best buy and Sirius told me it was non-refundable. So I couldn't use their service but I paid $55. I talked to three customer service reps who all put me on hold until I was disconnected. I even got one of the reps to say that I gave them $55 for NOTHING! They did say I could sell the prepaid card on ebay(later they said I couldn't), then they said I could reinstate my sirius account (IT DOESN'T FUCKING WORK!!!!!!). They told me there is nothing I could do. I asked them if they knew what digg.com was they said no. I told them I was going to post this there, and they said "Go ahead, what's that going to do?!" I know that it's only $55 dollars, but it's the principle. Diggers unite.
